Psychologist tell us that stress is a state of worry caused by the problem of living , such as too much work or study , heavy responsibilities .
Statistics show that stress comes from every detail in our life . Financial problems , poor health , being laid off may be the stress that most adults now are suffering . As students in the university , we are also under our special stress . While study , having to take various tests and submit a project against a deadline may put a great pressure on us . And the things that make us felt stressed may be our parents’s greater expectations on us than we could reach . Later , when we are likely to graduate , some other problems will also annoy us . I think we will worry a lot about our ability to compete in the job market and how we can best use what we’ve learned at college in our future job .
The chief problem we should face to is our attitude towards stress le usually say they can not live in the sun except they escape from stress . It’s unwelcome ! Yes , however , very necessary . Just image a world where stress does not exist and people lead their life in a very comfortable way . But is this kind of living condition as perfect as we hope ? Without
stress , they may feel very satisfied with the current life but lack of power to discover new things . Too much satisfaction result in nothing except a countermarch of the society . No stress , no development . So a certain amount of stress is good . It can stimulate us and increase our level of alertness .
And our answer to stress is another vital problem . How to do with ourselves when stress suddenly break into our life ? To wave the white flag and admit our unability , to give up to our ideality , or worsely , just to suicide as to put an end to everything … Of cause not . The principle is to tackle with stress gently and harmoniously. We should try our best to release ourselves . Such as to do some exercise , to listen to t music to ease our minds and to learn to view these changes of life as challenges ’s no use crying over spilt milk .

the theme of our society is not competition, but cooperation. every stage of practice shows that people with spirit of cooperation or team work will win success much more easily than those without the spirit, and a country or region will develop faster and better if cooperating with the outside world instead of self-enclosed. we can benefit from each oher if we create value together.we must correctly handle the relationship between cooperation and competition, and learn to cooperate with other. we need to make one and one bigger than two.

what else can i do? has been the question on everyone's mind since the deadly quake hit sichuan province.
after all, only a few warm-hearted volunteers could access the front lines of combating disaster considering the complicated conditions and fear of potential calamity. people can be seen everywhere lining up to make donations. in many cities, blood banks have been reported up to saturation; and volunteers wishing to donate blood have to register and wait for to be notified. more and more people are eager to be involved in the rescue and relief work that they are becoming unsatisfied with the disaster-relief efforts made outside of the quake-ravaged areas; and volunteers are descending upon the worst-hit areas in growing numbers.

Books tell us what is good and what is evil. And only books can tell the good from the bad.
Therefore to read more books is the best policy for our young students.
Reading introduced me to concepts like mindful eating, relaxation exercises, and the importance of loving yourself. If I didn’t read, I wouldn’t even be aware of these ideas, which have defined my entire coaching philosophy. If you don’t read, you could be missing out on intriguing ideas that would likewise re-define your personal purpose or business philosophy.
As is well known, books teach us to learn life, truth, science and many other useful things. They increase our knowledge, broaden our minds and strengthen our character. In other words, they are our good teachers and wise friends. This is the reason why our parents always encourage us to read more books.
Reading is a good thing, but we must pay great attention to the choice of books. It is true that we can derive benefits from good books. However, bad books will do us more harm than good.
However, in current days,many of us spend most of the leisure time in playing games or surfing the internet,instead of reading. it's a pity to find it less and less our students are interesting in reading,or have formed a habit of ,in order to revive reading,this beneficial activity,we'd better take action right 's read together,learn together and grow !

these heroes will be able to tell you what’s wrong, even though you may not know it yourself. the look in your eyes- they see through your lies, even if they blind you. you can tell them you’re fine- straight face lie- and they’ll see straight through it. you can’t fool them, can’t trick them- they know you too well. don’t even try it- it’s not worth the effort.
they are your sunshine, your hope, your light. you can’t let them extinguish or you’ll extinguish
yourself. you need them to hold you together- to hold your seams together while you’re breaking ’ll hold you when you break down and cry. they’ll share your pain- no matter rough it may be or how much you hurt. these fighters just want to bring your pain to a halt and make sure no matter what- you’ll be okay.
they will listen to your problems, and give advice when you can’t find it in your own heart- even when the truth may not be what you want to hear. they’ll do anything- no matter how silly and crude- just to make you smile.
